Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. pej58 will close all duplicate Accounts detected and may forfeit any funds or bonus balances held within them.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and at any point when updating your Account details. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), a valid email address, and a current Indonesian mobile telephone number.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time authentication codes with any other person. pej58 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 KYC Verification. pej58 may require you to complete identity verification at any stage, including but not limited to prior to processing your first withdrawal, when your Account activity triggers a fraud-risk review, or when required by our compliance obligations. Acceptable documents include a valid KTP (Indonesian national ID card), a recent bank statement from a BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported bank confirming your registered account details, and a selfie photograph where required.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pej58 customer support. pej58 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or account compromise.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. pej58 supports deposits and withdrawals in IDR via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. 4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below these thresholds will not be processed.
4.3 Processing Times. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
4.4 Payment Ownership. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. pej58 will not accept third-party payments. 4.6 Withdrawal Conditions. pej58 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where: (a) the Player has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the Account balance includes active bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement that has not yet been met; or (d) the withdrawal request is under review in connection with a dispute or complaint.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional offers, free bets, free spins, cashback awards, and reload credits offered by pej58 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's individual terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. 5.4 Welcome Bonus. The welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit. Each Player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Duplicate Account holders attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will forfeit all bonus credits and may have their Accounts permanently closed.
5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire if the wagering requirement is not fulfilled within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account balance automatically and cannot be reinstated.
5.6 pej58 Discretion. pej58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
